Refund & Cancellation Policy

MedNaturalis operates as a business-to-business catalog connecting Terpenic with representatives and distributors in the United States. We do not currently sell products directly to consumers through this website; there is no online checkout. As a result, this page describes how orders and cancellations are handled within our partnership relationships.

Orders through a partnership

Orders are placed by approved representatives and distributors under the terms of their individual partnership agreement. The specific pricing, minimums, shipping and payment terms of each order are set out in that agreement.

Cancellations

A partner may request to cancel an order before it has been prepared for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Returns & damaged goods

If a shipment arrives damaged or is incorrect, notify us within a reasonable period of receipt and we will work with you and the laboratory to resolve it — typically through replacement of the affected items. Because essential oils are consumable products, returns of opened items cannot generally be accepted for reasons of quality and safety.

Refunds

Where a refund is appropriate — for example, a confirmed shipping error or damage — it will be arranged in accordance with the partner's agreement and applicable law.
